What mediation can bring you

Relief and Peace

Finding a solution will bring you relief from the stress and uncertainty of the conflict, allowing you to move on with your life.

Tailored resolution

Together we will create an agreement that fits your situation and needs. You will get a flexible, practical and future-proof solution tailored to you.

Control over the outcome

You will be in control of the entire process and outcome of the mediation from A to Z. The decision will remain in your hands, not in the hands of a judge or other authority.

Money and time savings

Mediation is many times faster and cheaper than standard court proceedings. You will save a lot of time and resources, which you will be able to invest more meaningfully.

Privacy and discretion

The entire process is confidential, discreet and non-public. This protects sensitive company or personal information from unwanted attention.

Possibility to continue working together

Mediation focuses on finding a solution, not on humiliating the other party. It allows you to continue working together and restore relationships - whether with business partners, in the family or in the workplace.

My approach

Efficiency and structure on one side. Empathy and respect on the other.

In mediation, I combine two things that may not seem to go together – a human and empathetic approach and efficiency.

I understand that you are not coming to mediation just for a conversation; you want to achieve a specific goal – to resolve your dispute and gain peace of mind and space for your business or personal life. That is why I emphasize a structured approach, a clear process, and efficient guidance from start to finish.

At the same time, I know that mediation is still unfamiliar to many people. I will explain everything clearly and answer all your questions so that you feel comfortable and have all the information you need to make your decisions.

I lead discussions in a focused and solution-oriented manner. I do not like unnecessarily lengthy debates that go nowhere. However, I also understand that disputes involve a range of emotions, which need to be acknowledged. I communicate with clients in a human way and, where appropriate, do not shy away from a touch of humour.

I respect every client – as well as their time and wishes. I will listen to you, guide you through the process, and lead you toward what brought you to mediation – an agreement that makes sense for both parties.
